TYNGO Payments is powered by the robust HRS Payment Gateway (HPG), a certified Oracle Pay at Reception and Pay at Counter gateway solution. First introduced in 2011 in the EECA region, HPG quickly established itself across 10 countries, setting the foundation for what would eventually become TYNGO Payments.

In 2021, it entered Mainland China, delivering integrated payment services for a wide range of Payment Service Providers (PSPs). Recognizing the shift to cloud-based infrastructures, HPG Cloud was introduced in 2022—supporting both Opera Cloud and Simphony Cloud and providing seamless integration across all TYNGO products.
2024 saw the launch of the TYNGO Brand (previously known in some markets as TNG), as part of the rebrand HPG and HPG Cloud officially became the core technology supporting the TYNGO Payment Platform. Today, TYNGO Payments connects Oracle’s hospitality systems with payment services globally, while enabling rich integrations across the full TYNGO product ecosystem—from leisure and activities management, to loyalty and membership programs, to food and beverage operations.
TYNGO’s powerful and unified platform also opens up partnership opportunities for PSPs worldwide. Already, TYNGO—through HPG Cloud—is connected to leading payment providers, helping clients deploy flexible, region-specific solutions without complexity.
